	Ricca McCarrell - Chair/Founder & CEO. . .Ricca worked 16 years in Medical Administrative capacities. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana where she received her college education, with continuing education in Las Vegas. She is a licensed clergywoman. She is fun-loving and has an energetic flair for life. Ricca has endured pain, loss and admits imperfections, as well as successes and triumphs. Through it all, she has channeled her energies from victories and defeats into the wholesome woman she has evolved into. She always remains steadfast and strong through her faith. She is the proud wife of Clark G. McCarrell, Jr., B.S., M.S., a Mechanical Engineer and College Professor and the devoted mother of Master Clayton Gabriel McCarrell.
	Symmie Mitchell - Vice-Chair. . . Mrs. Mitchell is a native of Las Vegas and serves as a Office Manager for the Clark County School District. She has an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems and is currently a graduate student seeking a Bachelors Degree in Human Services and Management. She spends time volunteering at shelters for the youth and volunteers her time to causes for the homeless, which she is passionate about. She is a clergywoman and her long term educational goal is to gain a degree in Divinity. She is the proud wife of Sylvester Mitchell, II; with Princess Syviah Joelle Mitchell on the way!
	Dawn Davidson-King - Secretary. . . Ms. Davidson is originally from Brooklyn, New York and is a Special Education Teacher for the Clark County School District. She is also a Real Estate Agent providing services in both residential and commercial sales. She has managed the Sprint Small Business Diversity Program and has served as Past President of The Classroom on Wheels Board of Directors and a member of the Nevada Minority Purchasing Council Board of Directors. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting and is currently a graduate student seeking her Masters Degree in Special Education. She is the proud wife of Sam King and the devoted mother of her daughters Summer and Felicia.
	Marlayna Franklin-White - Treasurer. . . Ms. Franklin is originally from Kansas City, Missouri and now resides in Las Vegas. She was always an honor student throughout her educational years. She is a gifted singer and dancer. She has performed for many events in the Kansas City area. She attended Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View Texas, before becoming a Flight Attendant with a major U.S. airline. She is currently a Social Worker for the State of Nevada. She is an advocate for programs that foster spirituality and self-enhancement. She is the proud wife of Terry White.
	Jill St. James - Board Member At-Large . . . Ms. St. James is a native Chicagoan, and now a Henderson, Nevada resident. She is the C.E.O. of Wings of Grace Press. She is a former Ebony Fashion model and has enjoyed careers in fashion and the airline industry as a Flight Attendant. She is an Author. She writes, produces and promotes inspirational books. She is the author of “God’s Love” a fictional inspirational love story. “I’m Born Again…Now What?” She is also currently working on a second fictional novel “In the Midnight Hour”. 	Phyllis Beech - Board Member . . . Mrs. Beech is a Writer, Film Producer, and is President and CEO of Crystal Beech Media Inc., a Media Project Development Corporation. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Studies from the University of Southern California. After a 30 year career in Urban Planning, she is now pursuing her creative passions for non-fiction writing and film project development. She has been covered by television and nationwide newspapers on the release of the top-ten Nielson Rated LIFETIME movie "The Courage to Love", starring Vanessa Williams, Diahann Carroll and Stacey Keach. Mrs. Beech was Story Consultant and Associate Producer. She is the author of the award winning book “Souls of my Sisters” and "Spiritual Guide for the Pregnant Woman" is the title of her latest book; and has two other books in the making. She is a clergywoman. She is currently involved in providing Affordable Housing Consultant services to Non-profit and For-Profit agencies. She is the proud wife of Dr. Emmell Beech, an Educational Administrator, and the devoted mother of 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
	LaVonne Sibley-Normand - Board Member. . . Mrs. Normand has lived in Las Vegas most of her life. She is.an elementary school teacher with a Masters Degree in Education. She is a licensed clergywoman and dynamic bible teacher. She is passionate about Lupus awareness. After surviving many years through the progression of this degenerate diagnosis, she passionately brings inspirational hope to all who suffer from severe illness through her support, love, prayer and healing hands.
